In some regions providers may block Kaspersky servers. Because of this, Kaspersky applications do not receive updates.

Solution

If you computer is connected to the Internet:

  • Via a proxy server, go to the proxy server settings and specify as DNS servers Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
  • Without a proxy server, go to the network settings and specify as DNS servers Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. See this article for instructions.
